I recently bought a car from them. Initially I wanted to purchase the extended warranty but I changed my mind during signing day. The financial manager got very aggressive with me. He told me he couldn't cancel it. He even said "I'm giving you everything you want, my manager will not cancel it for you" (very professional). They then proceeded to tell after signing the bill of sale that I couldn't take my car home that day because it had a recall and then called it a reprogramming. They were lying because they thought they could get the manager to force me to sign the contract for the extended warranty. The next day, I go in to talk to the manager and he tells me that I can't get the car until I sign the contract for the warranty. He told me that everything has been pushed through on their end. I tell him that it is not my fault they pushed it through without having my signature. He then says that he cannot cancel it as it is the warranty companies job. I call TWO customer service representatives from the warranty company in front of him on speaker and they BOTH say that it is the dealerships job. He denied it for an hour both to me and to the customer representatives. After having spent over an hour in his office he finally says he wants to come to a 'resolution' and that he will rewrite the bill of sale. Magically all of the sudden he can cancel the warranty. I don't believed that they pushed the warranty through but I think they were trying to coerce me into signing the contract to get commission. If they didn't have a deposit from me, I wouldn't have bought from them. Please be careful if you decide to go to this Mazda. Do not get the warranty. Go to another Mazda location if you can.

"Recall Service"

I had heard that their service was horrible but because I moved to Windsor and needed a recalled repair to my car I had to call. The first time I called was on a Tuesday after 1:00 pm after a long weekend and their answering machine was still saying they were closed for the holiday. I continued to try to contact this dealership until 5:00 pm and still got their answering machine. Then I called another day and the person who answered could not find my name or phone number in their system. She did not offer any explanation or any help. I was holding the recall notice in my hand so I know my vehicle was recalled. Even though she tried to tell me it couldn't be. After wasting 10 minutes of my time on the phone offering my VIN which she would not take I became frustrated with her stupidity and told her I would contact my old dealership 2 hours away because they would be able to find me. I called my old dealership which I haven't been in contact with for over 4 years (haven't needed anything) and surprise they found me in the system right away. I am wondering if dealerships do not get paid well for recalls? Needless to say I don't think I will purchase anything that has to be serviced at the Rafih Auto Mall.

Ask salesman for the price 2010 ford edge he said asking price is $19000,after test drive was $19500,when we agreed on $18250,sales manager came up with asking price of $19900 with "'good""news he got different ford edge with different colour for agreed price of $18250,i thought i must be on some kind of funny video show.Will not recommend to anyone.
