I had an excellent experience with David Daley and Windsor Chrysler thus far. I ordered a Ram 1500 that had to be special ordered and David was able to deliver the truck personally - on Christmas Eve Windsor Chrysler thus far. He went above and beyond to get us the truck before Christmas and this made the Holiday Season even better! He was also very thorough in showing me the vehicle and making the delivery of the truck very enjoyable. I have bought a number of new cars and this was by far the most professional, personable, and pleasurable purchase ever! Thanks, Dave and Windsor Chrysler! More

This is the second car I purchased from Lisa Westlake at Windsor Chrysler. I have never felt more comfortable buying a car, Lisa made everything so easy. The day I picked up my new car, Lisa took me on the road with it and showed me how everything works, some tricks on how to drive it in the snow and such. Andrea Trudeau is one of very good sales employees in this dealership. I was accidentally meeting her but immediately attracted by her excellent services to customers. She is nice, friendly and very goo this dealership. I was accidentally meeting her but immediately attracted by her excellent services to customers. She is nice, friendly and very good at her job in terms of knowing of vehicle equipment and detailed explainations. She was not only wanting to sale a product to customers, but also care about customer satisfactions with in time following up, to reduce any potential upsets ahead of time. Overall, she is a qualified sales rep of the dealership and I will recommend my friends to her for purchasing new vehicles. More
I have not had issue with my saleman, Dave Hensman and in fact have gone through 3 vehicles with him and 5 in total from the dealership and have sent people in to see him specifically. He is conscientious and attempts to be fair, straightforward and honest in all my dealings with him. I have had issue with the Service Department with Windsor Chrysler and was very frustrated with their lack of service and professionalism in addressing my concerns with my New vehicle. However, after making Dave and Rob, the General Manager aware, I was provided with a personal phone call and apology which in turn prompted changes in the dealership's policies. Had I not said anything regarding my treatment, I don't believe changes would have been examined nor implemented. I remain somewhat hesitant if I have to bring my vehicle in for service but appreciate the fact that Rob listened (via email from me)and seems to be making efforts of improvement for better customer service within the Service department. Both Dave and Rob have each made efforts to make me a happy customer and I applaud their efforts and have shown my appreciation by returning to the dealership as I change vehicles over the years. However, with that, I do expect and demand a certain level of respect. One concern is that if the dealership lets me down in what I feel is unacceptable, I will look at other dealerships and unfortunately Dave would lose out. With that in mind, I think it is in everyone's best interest to look at maximizing the level of Customer Service provided, otherwise, an exodus of customers can and will occur. More

Richard Barker has helped our family purchase 6 cars from this dealership in the past two years. He is an oustanding salesman to deal with. We have known him for over 20 years. I think I was very lucky to have Dave as my salesman. I found him to be very knowledgeable and I felt I could trust him. This is very important to me. He took time to explain things to me and to find whic found him to be very knowledgeable and I felt I could trust him. This is very important to me. Dave was training another employee, Gary. He was also very nice to work with and I found him very knowledgeable also. I can't say enough about the customer service I received from these men. Dave Daley is the meaning of being a professional, adding to that is his friendliness, thoughtfulness and trustworthiness. I would recomend anybody to go and buy a vehicle from Dave. Dave Daley, sales representative, sold me my Journey and he very good to deal with. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. He has gone beyond the call of duty in helping me purchase and obtain service my vehicle. He kept me up to date as to what stage my vehicle was in when it was being built. He has also been helping me out when I need service on my vehicle. However, I am not to happy with the service garage. I first brought my vehicle in because my back up camera was not always working. The first question right away was well did you clean the lens on the camera because sometimes that is all it is. I was offended at this because I am not stupid and believe they would never have said this to a man. I explained to them how sometimes the camera would work but turn the car off and it might not work and when it is not working you only get video lines. I also told them you may need to turn the car off several times for it to not work as the camera worked sometimes. I just sat down in the waiting room and read 2 pages of a book and my car was done and they could find nothing wrong with it but updated the software for it. On my way home from the City after errands the camera is not working again. Unfortunately the dealership was closed. My second trip back into the city was because my cell phone was not working with the car radio. It had worked when I first bought the car and then I lost the phonebook somehow and Dave helped me reinstall everything again. But it stopped working again. The only way to make a phone call was to physically use the phone and then it would come through the radio once the call was picked up. You could not even verbalize the phone number because it would ask if you wanted to call 911. I scheduled an appointment and was told they would replace my radio. Went for my scheduled appointment and 1 hour later was told my car was ready and my phone is the issue as it was to old and they gave me a list of compatable phones. I was not impressed as my phone was less than 3 years old. However, I went looking to see what it would cost to get a new phone to work in my car. The phones on the list I was provided were older than the phone I was currently using. Well I have another appointment January 29 so lets see if I can get either issued resolved. I will give the garage one more try after that I won't be back there for service. It took alot for me to come back to Chryslers, as I use to drive a GM and their service was much better. Work was done when required, every other oil change was free and your car was always washed before they returned it to you. If it was not for Dave Daley I would not be giving them another chance. More
