On Jan. 8, 2011, I decided I needed to trade my Avenger for a van, as the van is more useful. I phoned John Daly at the dealership, he said come out and he was waiting for me when I got there. I have nothing bad to say about the purchase of my new vehicle. I was approaching the end of my lease in a vehicle that I hated. Gary and other sales associates were nothing but professional with my hus vehicle. I was approaching the end of my lease in a vehicle that I hated. Gary and other sales associates were nothing but professional with my husband and I. There were no attempts to put me into a vehicle that I didn't love 100%. My questions were answered quickly and correctly. I was placed into a new vehicle that I now own instead of leasing for just a few dollars more a month. A person couldn't ask for more. My vehicle was ready for pick up on time with no problems what so ever. During the process of having my application filled to purchase the car, I had no pressure to purchase extended warranties, undercoating or what not. The packages were explained to me and it was my decision on whether or not to purchase what I wanted or nothing at all with no hassles which was wonderful. I have had problems in the past with the purchasing of new vehicles and with this team of sales associates it was a great experience. I would recommend Windsor Chrysler to everyone. They are willing to work with you and find what you need instead of high pressure sales tactics. For that I'm grateful. If I need to know anything with my 2010 Challenger they g and I always feel like I am number one when I go in to see any of the people working there. I would refer this dealership because it has a very professional atmosphere about it and also everyone especially Dave Daley is very friendly and easy to deal with. Regarding Windsor Chrysler: I left courtesy, a dealer of which \i have purchased and or leased at least 7 vehicles from to go to this dealer. I am on my third vehicle with this dealer (2 lease and one purc which \i have purchased and or leased at least 7 vehicles from to go to this dealer. I am on my third vehicle with this dealer (2 lease and one purchase)and I got to tell you, I knew this was the only place for me the day that I was estranged at a funeral with a flat tire on my 1500 Ram and from the service girl right up to the,well one of, the owner I was tended to like I was the only customer they had and I was royal to boot! They have bent over backwards after that, on my future business, being another Ram and now my Journey. John Daly presents with the best skills as a salesman that is no pushing, lots of encouragement and an overall friendly and knowledgeable attitude both for the vehicle itself and the process to acquire. Would I recommend this dealership to others? That's the big question. Unequivocally yes, matter of fact I would go out of my way to send someone to Windsor Chrysler dealership than any other dealership as I don't feel they would get the service a customer deserves to have when purchasing their Dodge or other Chrysler Group vehicles.
