Had to call a bunch of times to get an answer on when my vehicle would be ready. Got transferred a few times to no answer, had to call back. Felt like a very long time to get the truck back just for a servi vehicle would be ready. Got transferred a few times to no answer, had to call back. Felt like a very long time to get the truck back just for a service. When paying they didn’t really give me too much detail on what they did and I had to ask about the recalls. Not sure what happened, this place used to be great to deal with. More

Never get in when a problem. We live 454 km from dealer.this visit not bad past I even took the license plate holder .WH motors treats me like gold and turned it in. I needed a thermostat in my F350 on a cold day .No diesel mechanic back in several days. 454 km drive. Bought a thermostat at Canadian tire got home googled it ten minute job to change. Had a minor issue with the Escape full extended warranty booked for next three weeks come back then. Googled it five minute job problem solved. Paid a extra several thousand for the extended warranty waste of money. More

Was für eine unglaubliche Serviceleistung an einem Freitagabend, kurz vor Feierabend. Kontrollierten kurz den Wagen und fanden umgehend das Problem. Dieses wurde sofort provisorisch geflickt, so dass Freitagabend, kurz vor Feierabend. Kontrollierten kurz den Wagen und fanden umgehend das Problem.
