Bad customer service at the service dept , when I called about my truck , no one answered and I’d call back they would pick up the phone and not say anything and hang up and they did this several times from about my truck , no one answered and I’d call back they would pick up the phone and not say anything and hang up and they did this several times from 9 am -12:40 pm , I walked in there to pick up my truck. 3 employees were there, doing nothing. I asked why they kept answering and hanging up. The guy at the service desk laughed and thought it was funny ! I was not impressed . More

I had a heart problem in the hospital for quite awhile F150 battery froze after 14day shut down. Called Ford truck was towed by Ford to Whitehorse dropped in a couple days later My truck was ready and wai F150 battery froze after 14day shut down. HI, I would like to thank the service department for their amazing service and their professionalism, it started when as soon as I approached the service counter and Dan ask me if he could help me, i ex their amazing service and their professionalism, it started when as soon as I approached the service counter and Dan ask me if he could help me, i explained my issue and he said his service tech Stuart would need to look at my vehicle. The next day I returned with my vehicle and Dan promptly call Stuart who came to the front immediately. Stuart asked what the symptoms were for my vehicle went outside and confirmed the issue. Stuart then went and checked with the parts department to insure they had the parts to perform the repair. He then told me they had the parts and could expedite the repair the next day. the next day i received a call from Dan informing me my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. For a person that worked in the service industry for 35 years I must say this was a near perfect way to provide service, Thank you again and very well done. Regards, Wade Harrison More

We had warranty coverage, got charged $16,000 plus. No explanation on why it was not even sent into coverage, they said they washed the vehicle and there was still mud all over it. It was used for work in a mine and commercials clearly show that these trucks are work trucks and they are clearly used in bushes. Very disappointed with this dealership. I've had my other trucks at other dealerships and and never a problem for warranty coverage. More
