Amazing and stunning work was done on my older vehicle - a Honda Civic - a car that I now love even more, because the car looks like new! I would like to most warmly thank Jim (Manager) and all of the technicians who fixed my vehicle and who have made it shine. I cannot get over how they cleaned the whole car; inside and out - they did an outstanding job - and they paid special attention to the front headlights, which blew me away. They did such a stunning job on the car. It has to be seen to be believed. Five stars all the way! I had the pleasure to meet and to deal with Tim Dierickse at the beginning of this whole [car repair] process (he is awesome); and he and the team at White Oaks Collision are simply amazing people. From my first contact with Tim, I was very impressed with his professionalism, courtesy, understanding and sympathy. Tim made the entire process from the very beginning, easy and smooth and actually - enjoyable! It's a stressful time for anyone involved in even a minor car accident (mine was minor) but Tim made it all a seamless process between me, White Oaks Collision, and my insurance company. The end result cannot be beat. The people at White Oaks Collision are awesome. Totally awesome! I am still speechless when I look at my car. It has never looked so good! The team at White Oaks Collision went far beyond expectations; beginning with my first contact with Tim, and subsequent contact with some of the other wonderful people there: Jody, Tom and Sonny; to name a few. They know how to please their customers and they are very professional, as well as warm and friendly! Big thank you! I never been in a auto body shop before, because of an accident, I guess always is a first time. Everything went super smooth, the car was fixed in three days, they did an excellent job, it looks as a brand new. They set up everything, from the rental car to deal with the insurance company. I hope I never have to go to a collision center again, but if I need to, I wont hesitate a bit to go there. So thanks again. More

Exceeded Expectations Was devastated when i walked out to see my car had been in a Hit and Run.
