However, after exhausting the used vehicle options and needing to find something quickly, he brought up the idea of looking at a new vehicle and went through the different financing options to show us how to make it affordable with our budget. All in all, he was great from start to finish and if we ever needed another vehicle, we would definitely go to him. More

I bought a pre-owned vehicle in July 2011 and they still will not fix the ongoing transmission issue. They promise to return calls on certain dates and never follow through. Their website says, ".....you'll know our commitment to Customer Service is second to none. We strive to make your experience with Honda West a good one - for the life of your vehicle......" It really should say, ".....you'll know our commitment to Customer Service is.....none....". As a professional accountant, I am extremely disappointed that it has now been almost 8 months for them to rectify something that was under their 90 day guarantee. More

His knowledge of Honda West products along with his professional and honest approach were the defining reasons for my purchase of a new CRV. Further to this Cameron took the time to go over all the details of the purchase and spent additional time explaining the workings of the new vehicle. He was patient and clear with answers to the many qustions I had. The entire process was an experience both my husband and I have not found in dealing with other dealerships.I will, most certainly, recommend Honda West and in particular Cameron Kellner to friends and neighbours who are looking at purchasing an automoble. Keith was a knowledgeable advisor who provided the right balance of support and information; always ready to respond to questions. Honda West's approach to sales and long-term relationships, their rewards program, the service bay meeting with new purchasers were all appreciated. I was also pleasantly surprised with Honda West's approach to selling winter tires, resulting in a purchase from them, rather then what I though would be noticeably more economical, though less convenient alternatives. The purchase of the car and of the winter tires has me confident that my car will be well cared for, with a mindset of service for value, and reduced inconvenience. More
