We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. Hopefully our discussion today clarified our position. Until we determine if there is in fact, any actual mechanical problem with your Volkswagen, it is impossible for us to fix the problem. If a Volkswagen dealer can determine that there is an issue, we will happily review and hopefully resolve to everyone's satisfaction. Hondi, Read your review and would love the opportunity to explain or clarify your service invoice with you. As most Honda service pricing is standardized by region, our pricing should be consistent with other Honda dealers in Calgary. Obviously, we did not do a very good job in explaining your invoice and perhaps there was a mistake made on the invoice itself.
