My first experience with McFadden Honda was when our Honda Fit was in the shop for a repair. I visited the new car sales and was introduced to Cris Laidlaw. I took a HRV for a test drive. I decided that a mid-sized pickup was better suited to our needs so I returned and took a Ridgeline for a test drive. I purchased a Ridgeline, trading in a late model vehicle. Cris arranged the delivery of the Ridgeline and picked up my trade as I was to be out of the country before the Ridgeline arrived. I live an hour from Lethbridge and I have to say, Cris and company went above and beyond, in my opinion. There were a few challenges to complete the paperwork and payment with me being out of the country. Lethbridge Honda has the expertise to make it happen.
