Sherry Boyer in sales was a pleasure to deal with and the financing was made easy with Don Coomber. All of the staff went out of their way to take care of every detail in a timely manner. Last summer while visiting in Lloydminster we had the misfortune of having our a/c quit (of course it was the hottest week of the summer),our son who lives in Lloydminster and deals with Westridge recommended Trevor in the service dept.It was a friday and they were able to track down an a/c compresser and get us back on the road. Also had excellent and very friendly shuttle service! As a very satisfied customer, I would definetly recommend Westridge in all aspects as a great place to deal. For us they are five stars all the way! More

The staff we worked with were extremely friendly and professional. Josh was extremely helpful and responded to my online inquiries about the cost and availability in a timely fashion. he continued to an professional. He went so far as to follow up a couple days later to see if we were still happy with the purchase and wanted to know if we had any questions he would gladly help us to get the answers. we would gladly tell people about the service and will consider purchasing our next vehicle from this dealer. Josh was excellent. He was very responsive, honest and easy to get along with. Crystal was very helpful and was able to answer any questions that i came up with. We had been in before looking for a used Terrain and weren't able to find what we were looking for. A couple of weeks later while driving through their lot we saw 2 with all the features we were looking weren't able to find what we were looking for. A couple of weeks later while driving through their lot we saw 2 with all the features we were looking for. The staff was quite good to deal with and we never felt pressured to purchase. Their pricing was quite competitive with other dealerships around Alberta and Saskatchewan. The only reason for not giving 5 stars across the board is that we didn't receive a call to come and see the 2 Terrains that they had taken on trade. Otherwise it was a relatively pleasant experience. More
