Last week, I made a call to the Westridge finance department and received Matt. Even though I was not a "customer" yet, he willingly answered some questions I had posed to him. The next morning he had a pre-approval for us and when we arrived an hour later, Sherry had brought the vehicle we were interested in, over from the other lot. Sherry was everything we like in a salesperson: knowledgeable, patient, not-pushy! She even washed the dust off the vehicle just so my husband could see what it looked like when it was shined up! Both Sherry & Matt were kind & encouraging, and above all, they were honest & direct! Neither tried to push us into making a deal that wasn't right for us; instead they offered their opinion and advice, then left the decision up to us.
