Sold unserviced vehicle I purchased a brand new 2015 Sierra from westridge only to find it locked in 4x4 only five days after purchasing it. Contacted Onstar and they told me I purchased a brand new 2015 Sierra from westridge only to find it locked in 4x4 only five days after purchasing it. Contacted Onstar and they told me that gm knew about the issue and had put out a software update to correct the issue of the auto 4x4. The software update had come out over 2 months before I bought the truck and so I found dealing with westridge is like eating fast food they were fast easy to deal with and convenient, but left you paying for it later. More
