My wife on several occasions has dropped by the service department without an appointment over some minor issues and they've always taken the time to help her out. It is very busy dealership because of the popularity of their vehicles, so sometimes there may be a bit of a wait, but never to the point of being an issue. In addition we traded my wife's old vehicle in on the new one and were given fair value for the old car. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from these people. More
