The service was hassle-free, and I felt like a VIP with my own personal staffed shop. So I came back again and again. (Yes the review is for sales, but the service is fantastic). The most recent service involved a minor issue that extended the service. And as I live out of town, they sent me home with a loaner 2017 RDX. For two weeks! Giving me a chance to live with this vehicle got me thinking about not waiting two years for my "used" 2017 technology. I will admit I was nervous when I called to ask about options and prices. I had always believed that buying a new car would involve being upsold and made to feel uncomfortable if I didn't play along. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Every question I had was answered honestly. The salesman was intent on getting me the value for my money and getting me into the right vehicle, with the right package. He also worked to get me the right price on my trade in, so I felt good about it. They made the deal work for me, as well as for West Side Acura. So now they are my seller of choice, not just service of choice. And I am over the fear of buying a new car! More

I bought used RDX a few weeks ago and was surmised by the professionalism of Sales person who I have been dealing with. Victor Jelenluk knew the car very well. There was no pressure, just a knowledgeable and experienced approach. It's rare nowadays to find such quality service. Besides Victor is always there to assist with any question customer may have regarding car and its features. Will see how the service and parts department will operate in due time, but I am confident in my Sales guy. I would highly recommend Victor for anybody who is on the market for Acura vehicle. More
