Go elsewhere Bought a new car there in 2012. Paid pretty much msrp because it was a new model. Since then I had to debate service and repair over-charges on more Bought a new car there in 2012. Since then I had to debate service and repair over-charges on more than one occasion- and they found excuses why they couldn't do repairs during the warranty period. Left trim pieces loose in the back of the car and said make another appointment. Ultimately re-installed trim pieces myself and sourced the cause of the rattle (chasis) and repaired myself too. Glad they could build a nice new facility for themselves rather than look after their customers. Oh, and they charge a percentage rate for shop supplies fee so if you have $1000 of work done in their shop they will gift themselves an extra $100 for (wink wink) paper towels, and stuff!! Guess how you get a new building hey!! Think I will go elsewhere now that warranty is long gone and I think I will avoid Acura products. They want to be considered upscale but I have to have honesty, trust, and transparency before anything else. More
