Friendly Staff We went back to Wellington Motors after going to several other dealers. Specifically we returned because of Mike Sharpe. When we first met Mike he answered all our questions showed us vehicles and took us on a test drive. What brought us back to Mike was he dd not use high pressure tactics. He showed sincere interest in our requests in vehicles. Mike remembered details of the Family we had shared with him. We had a minor problem with the Jeep no fault of Wellington Motors the issue was expeditiously corrected. Once again Mike came to speak with us when we picked the Jeep up after service. Mike made sure that everything was in order and the service dept. went the extra mile to ensure our Jeep was in order.The service Manager was also very helpful and explained what had happened. Our first experience with a no charge service invoice at a dealership. We had dealt with dealerships in the past that would have charges even if it was under warranty. Mike walked us through all the details of the purchase then Shawn the Business advisor explained the details of the financing as well as useful options for service we could purchase. Once again there was no pressure from either Mike or Shawn. We now have our dream vehicle and are dealing with warm and friendly people. It started with Mike and the service and friendly atmosphere continued right from the Receptionists to service.. The experience could not have been any better. That was what brought us back to this dealership for our next purchase. For our second purchase in 2016 we contacted Karen again and were informed that she was out of sales and in a new position with the dealership, but would certainly get us a rep more than willing to help us. Maintaining a good follow up relationship with customers as Karen does is extremely important to us. Karen introduced us to Mike Sharpe who listened to our needs as to the purchase we would make, and also listened to our needs as seniors on a very limited income.
