I purchased a Rav 4 and had a wonderful experience dealing with Sumaiya C. I really went in to just look and plan to start putting my name in for any used vehicles that would come in. In a matter of a couple of hours she showed me a used Rave that was in with very low mileage. In a week I drove away and even traded in my old Toyota Corolla! This is Toyota #4 for me and I love their products. I really appreciated Sumaiya's professionalism and her courtesy. I would recommend her as a salesperson anytime. Came into the dealership to look at a 4Runner and trade in my Grand Cherokee. Dealt with Chris Allen. To quote Cher. I wish I could turn back time. They had 2 available, a 19 and 22. I wanted the 22. My entire interaction with Chris was like sitting with a washed up comedian. He was so focused on making jokes about not telling my mom I didn't wear my jacket (who wasn't even there or part of this deal) that he failed to actually sell me the 2022 4Runner. I'm 32 years old Chris, I'm not a child. I'd hate to see how you make woman feel while purchasing from this dealership. Not only did he not take any of my information down including my contact info, he also was the most ungenuine person I've met in a long time. Chris, you're literally the reason car salesman have a bad name. You didn't do your job. Like at all.. If you did, you would have collected my deposit that same day securing the 2022 4Runner.. you would have had me on a test drive and the 2022 4Runner wouldn't have been sold 1 day later to someone else, that didn't get there first.. You didn't even take my telephone number down. Instead you handed me a card and said text you if I have any questions. I guess I should have texted you asking you to get me in touch with a real salesman? One that has a clue atleast. Like what questions did you expect me to text you? I wanted to purchase the 2022 4Runner.. I'm confused how I came into a dealership to purchase something specific and left empty handed? You're not new to the industry obviously, so why wasn't I sold the 2022 4Runner? I don't understand how this happened. How did the vehicle I wanted get sold? Why was I not offered a test drive or even asked to put a deposit down on that unit the day i sat at your little desk? You made the dealership you work for look absolutely ridiculous and as a direct result now they have this reveiw. I'll just buy another Grand Cherokee from Lakehead Motors lol. Oh I think it's worth mentioning. This was going to be a cash deal. Big mistake, Huge! Good luck Michael Marostica with your employee of the month Chris Allen. If you're in the business of actually selling vehicles you may want to hire staff that comprehends the main job focus is to actually sell a vehicle to customers asking to purchase them.. Chris needs a refresher apparently on what the main goal is because he absolutely dropped the ball on this one. I came in looking for a car salesman and was given a comedian instead. When I first picked up my vehicle it was not very clean. Not a huge problem, I vacuumed the dog hair out of the truck. Within days I noticed a large disturbing clunk noise and could feel the frame making n Not a huge problem, I vacuumed the dog hair out of the truck. Within days I noticed a large disturbing clunk noise and could feel the frame making noise. I took the truck in and they re-installed the front skid plate and scheduled a date to replace the rubber on the drivers door. The noise and clunk was greatly reduced with this. I dropped my truck off last night to have the rubber replaced and when I picked it up, no mention was made that they had damaged the windshield. In fact I pointed it out to an attendant who was working outside and they went in to get the service manager, and told me they would be right with me. After waiting over half an hour for someone to speak to me, I went back into the service department and was told “I wanted to speak to you when you picked up the vehicle, but I was busy on the phone.” They are making arrangements to have have my windshield repaired but this dosnt fix this! My windshield will now be prone to cracking in the cold climate. I am frustrated and really disappointed in this service. More
