I have not been happy with the service at this dealership where I bought my Outlander new. The lack of heat has been an issue, and their fix was quite stupid. Put the car in neutral while stopped and rev the engine! They use a hard sell on service recommnending expensive service that according to the owner's manual is not required. The call center will phone and tell you that service is due, when you respond that you want just an oil change they will push you to have Option A, B or C; if you say no they will book you in for the oil change. But then the Service Advisor will call and tell you that you really should have the advised service package they hate to take no for an answer. Simple service items takes forever, they are not open after 5pm weekdays and are not open on Saturdays. I took my tire in for a air valve replacement which snapped off while topping up the air in the tire, and they have had my car for over 24 hours!!! Their shuttle service is not reliable; once I was told that they couldn't pick me up because I worked too far from them and it was near the end of the day. I could go on but what's the use, I am trading my SUV in for a Chevy. More
We purchased out of province and had great experience with the dealer there. Since coming to Winnipeg we went to the closest dealer for both our cars and the experience was horrible. Brake service took double the quoted time, the service dept didn't pick up the phone for 6 tries when we were trying to get the courtesy van, and then the van didn't show up. We tried again with our second Mitsubishi and the experience was better but they changed the price on the block heater we were having installed and did not bring it to our attention. I will be going elsewhere. More

When we walked in we were instantly welcomed and acknowledged. The sales staff is very friendly and not pushy at all. We were spoken to by name every time we went in which made us feel like "not j acknowledged. The sales staff is very friendly and not pushy at all. I would not buy from them again. Sales guy was super nice and helpful until a deal was finalized.
