Waterloo Nissan

My wife and I just had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised, not pushy at all. Stephany had all the answers to our questions no matter h vehicle from this dealership. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised, not pushy at all. Stephany had all the answers to our questions no matter how trivial they seemed to be. If a new vehicle purchase comes up in a conversation that I am part of I will highly recommend Stephany and your dealership. She is a friendly and knowledgeable associate who is a bonus to your dealership. Christina in the business end was also very pleasant and also had all the answers. In general you have a great staff and good dealership Stu and Penny. More

We had brutal experiene something...hands down this is THE best dealership my wife and I...and now our kids...have ever dealt with for our vehicles. We had brutal experieneces in the past from another dealership so when we bought our first car from Enam Haque at Waterloo Nissan we couldn't believe it. It was the best car buying experience of our lives. We are repeat buyers since and use them for all our vehicle needs with no regrets. The service department is incredible. They are honest and fair and it is a pleasure every time we see them. This post would be a lot longer if we commented on each of their team we have worked with and come away feeling good about it. Waterloo Nissan is a perfect example of how a dealership should run...great team!! More

It was time to buy a new second car for my wife and son to use. I started looking at Nissan where Stephany was both gracious and helpful. I went to other dealerships but in the end made my way back to Nis to use. I started looking at Nissan where Stephany was both gracious and helpful. My boyfriend was looking to buy a 370Z from Nissan as it is one of his dream cars and Stephany was such a warm and welcoming saleswoman! We had come in on two occasions to inquire about the Z and the first is one of his dream cars and Stephany was such a warm and welcoming saleswoman! We had come in on two occasions to inquire about the Z and the first time, we had decided not to take the deal but then after changing out mind, Stephany gave us the same deal out of courtesy. The whole Nissan team worked very hard to get my boyfriend approved for the loan and the whole experience was super smooth. I have had some very rough and tedious experiences with other dealerships but Nissan exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Stephany for such a wonderful and pleasant experience! We will definitely be back! More
