I have dealt with four different Nissan’s in my history of Nissan and I will say that Waterloo Nissan is the only one that has met and exceeded my expectations. From a service department that is always willing to accommodate my schedule and answer all of my questions to a sales team that changed my thoughts on buying a car. As a woman, I have never liked buying a car on my own. I struggle with sales people who unfortunately exhibit a stereotype of their role or assume a stereotype of my gender. From the moment I called the sales team and was connected to Stephany, I knew my experience would be a different one. Once I met Stephany in person and we began to close the deal, I was hooked. Stephany is the most “knowledgeable about the product” sales person I have ever dealt with. She was truthful, she was honest about my expectations, and she became a friend in that short period of time. She is genuine and wants only what is best for her clients. We had a great experience with Stephany. I live near Kingston, but chose Waterloo Nissan because they had the model and colour that I wanted in stock.
