A friend asked me about a used vehicle at this dealership. I went to the website and chose used vehicles all, they don't have any!!! Clicked on staff, a line came up to click on one of the staff below, there were none. So no used vehicles and no staff to talk to. Great way to run a dealership.

"Nothing but excuses for there poor work ethic"

Drop my car off for warrenty work unexpected breakdown Was told they would have it in the shop within the hour to let me know what's wrong. Gave them 3 hours only to return and find my car outside and not touched .When I asked about it they said they would get it in right away. At first they said the car ran fine and to get the window to work I just had to shake my door . They offered me a loaner and told me they would call me and let me know. 5 days go by I had to call to find out there waiting on parts I was fine with that but a call would have been nice. The following week I called back they said they don't get parts on a Monday and I get it i don't want to work on Mondays why would dodge .I call Tuesday parts in they will call me by 3 pm by this time I needed my car by the next morning again no call from them. I call back to find again my car was not touched I got nothing but excuses about broken bolts on other cars and sick employees. It will be 12 days my car has been at this shop and excuses blaming dodge for there shipping procedures .it's never the shops fault. I will never return to this shop for anything. Kevin and the young lady working service with all there excuses has help me with that decision. Thanks for nothing wainalta

"WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!"

WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!!! They Found water in my transmission in my 3500 ram when I was getting my truck serviced. They serviced the transmission and flushed it. The mechanics couldn't find where the water was coming in from, so I payed the bill and drove home. On my drive home back to my house outside of Edmonton it poured rain and water got in my transmission again!! I crawled underneath the truck and found that the dipstick seal was hanging out and damaged, the cause of where the water was entering the transmission. The mechanic missed the damaged seal(I'm not a mechanic and I found it in about 10 min?). So I ended up paying around $800 for them to flush and service the transmission and drove home in the rain filling my transmission with water again. I phoned them to let them know what had happened and they refused to deal with me so they brought in a 3rd party person from another dealership to deal with me. It took a month and a half to get it resolved and I still didn't get all my money back! All I wanted was a refund considering my transmission had to be flushed, serviced and new filters done again. They ended up giving me $600 back and said that I had to pay for the oil. So to sum it up they found water in my transmission, serviced and flushed it. Missed the seal that was leaking, got water in my transmission again on the drive home and ended up charging me for work that was not done properly. I wouldn't even trust them to service my bicycle! Terrible service and terrible workmanship!!!! On another note I'm working in the area and was talking to some of the local people in the area and they told me that the original family that owned the dealer were great to deal with, but when it sold to a different owner customer service went down hill fast. Beware and stay away!!!!

I purchased a used Jeep Gr Cherokee from Wainalta approximately 6 months ago. They have been extremely accommodating regarding any of the little issues I have had with the vehicle and have provided excellent service to the vehicle. I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before, and this has been a very positive experience. Even though I do not live in the area, I would return to them for future purchases just because they have been so excellent to deal with.

"Amazing customer service!"

After an ongoing horrible experience with Crosstown Motors in Edmonton, having them rip me off with putting me into a crooked contract and continuously lying to me, Wainwright was able to help me! I was told that I would be stuck in this overpriced, beautiful but useless 2- wheel truck that Crosstown lied me into and refused to get me out of. However, I just dealt with Cory who was visiting from Chrysler Canada and he told me that he would do the very best he could for me and get me out of the contract. I am unfortunately not able to afford going into another truck but at least my 640/mth payments are going to a vehicle worth the cost. Thank you so much Wainalta for exceeding my expectations and helping fix another's mistakes, especially when the other dealership keeps lying and refusing to find any solutions. I really appreciate that you even took the time to search for a solution to this situation, means a lot!
