Simply amazing! I was recently on a hunt for a new vehicle, my lease was no longer practical but I still required a reliable car, with all the new features I had been I was recently on a hunt for a new vehicle, my lease was no longer practical but I still required a reliable car, with all the new features I had been catered to. Keep in mind that I also work at a dealer but was not receiving the quality of service that I expected. I stopped in at VW Waterloo on a lunch hour to see what models and rates were available. Without an appointment, Jenn Murray was kind enough to stop everything she was doing and really listen to what I was looking for, shortly after, she went out to the lot and picked out a car that made me feel at home. It was nice to have someone actually listen to me and figure out what I needed. I was in a tough position but they were able to get me into the vehicle in less than a week! Jenn knew I had a big trip planned for the long weekend, and even kept in touch to make sure I was enjoying my new car throughout the weekend, it really made me feel appreciated as a customer. Then Shawn Hagen in the business and financing office made it feel very casual, informed me on additional offers for protection but did not make me feel like it was a forced decision. And to make things even better, I had to run to the bank for some paperwork, and Jerrit Hemeon tossed me the keys to the classic car he was driving! I have had the opportunity to drive lots of new cars off the lot, but never had the treatment delivered by the team at VW Waterloo! Once purchasing the vehicle I went back to the service department and had a detailed chat about the vehicles performance and specs with Brad Reinhart, who was very informed and was able to answer every question I had. Big thanks to everyone who got me on the road in my brand new GTI !! I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone interested in European automobiles. More
