liars. Shortly before my warranty expired, I brought my Golf Wagon TDI car to Volkswagen Gabriel-Prestige to have my windows tinted. When the fall came, I re Shortly before my warranty expired, I brought my Golf Wagon TDI car to Volkswagen Gabriel-Prestige to have my windows tinted. When the fall came, I realized that my rear window defrost wasn't working. I took my car to a garage to be fixed and learned that the window tint technician broke my rear window defrost when he ripped out the wire to tint my rear window. In short, my car was damaged while in the dealer's care. I paid $142 at a garage (since my VW warranty has since expired) to have this repaired and when I went back to the dealer, I was told that they won't cover the cost of repairing the damage they caused. The general manager (Tony Zako) insisted they tint windows on the OUTSIDE so they couldn't have damaged my wires. That's proof that he is either a liar or completely incompetent. Nice service VW... I would have thought customers would be treated better after the diesel fiasco. Apparently not. More
