Village Auto is a truly amazing used car dealership! It has totally changed my opinion of car dealerships and sales staff. Ken and Dave are extremely honest, knowledgeable and willing to assist. I was pleasantly surprised how they look after their customers from the initial meeting to even after the car is off of the lot. They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. When the customer picks up the car it is like a brand new car…they spare no expense in having the car detailed. My last dealing with a large dealership was less than enjoyable…once the car was bought, I was never able to speak to the salesman again…crappy service! Ken and Dave always have their door open to past, existing and future customers and keep the line of communication open! Thank you guys for being awesome! More

Poor customer commitment Paid nearly 30gs for a car. 6 hours later the trouble started. We ended up paying for the tow back to the dealership. We spent countless hours driving Paid nearly 30gs for a car. 6 hours later the trouble started. We ended up paying for the tow back to the dealership. We spent countless hours driving this vehicle even to the United Stares for diagnosis. Out of pocket a ton of money. They never gave us a loaner car. Sold it to us with a broken seat as well. Said they weren’t fixing it. After we bought it. Not before. Car spent nearly 5 weeks sitting at a Factory dealership. Nobody could diagnose the problem but one guy after countless hounding and pressure and threatening legal action. Dave and Ken shame on you for not even contacting us to see how we were doing. We ended up contacting OMVIC but they are as useless as xxxx in a bull. It’s an old buys club. Stay clear of these guys. They wouldn’t give us our money back either. But they said we could have another car off he lot??????? Are you kidding me ????? I hope they both get their karma when they die. I’ve never been through such xxxx as with this dealership in my entire life. Lies lies lies More
