Pretty darn good Went to Vernon toyota because I had some blemishes and surface corrosion on my 2015 tundra. Truck was returned to me on time, and looking like a million bucks. Cost of $400 was pretty steep, but it was quoted, so no surprises. Staff were nice enough. More

Shopping for dad to find a good used pickup truck. I heard there was a used Chevy 1/2 ton pick up on the lot for sale and stopped in on a Friday afternoon to have a look. I was met by a friendly sales consultant, Marty Taylor. Very helpful, very accommodating and listened to understand my needs for my 81 year old dad. Within in 48 hours after discussing budget , etc. Marty made everything work for my dad, we came in on the Monday afternoon and my dad drove away with big smiles with his ( new to him) purchase. At no time did I or my father feel any pressure to buy. A rare experience in the auto dealer industry! Dad and mom love the truck and Marty put my mind at ease that mom and dad can now come for more frequent visit with a reliable highway driver! I'm in Salmon Arm and mom and dad live in Kamloops. They took it for a test drive and heard the noise we were concerned about then provided us with a temporary vehicle while they worked on the solution. Two hours later they called and said it was fixed and ready to go. Thank you to the service tech who did a great job in diagnosing the problem and repairing it.
