The service department is brutal. Understaffed, rude and forget that the customer speaks with their wallet. The manager is arrogant and disrespectful. Go somewhere else. Worst experience ever. Purchased a $53,000. 2022 Rav4, 12 days later the hybrid completely shut down on hwy. Major components shutting down including brakes. I went in to purchase a new Tacoma and when I asked for a sales contract, I was told I wasn't going to receive one because I was going to use it to shop around and that I should go to Vancouver. I brought my vehicle in for regular service a week and half ago, found out some problems that were neglected by the Vernon team the last time I was in., which have led to some costly issues. I tried to speak to the Service Manager Grant Kitzman about it, and he said he would look into it and get back to me. It's been a week, and he still won't return my calls. I've left several messages, I've called and he's been in, yet he doesn't ever take my call. Every time, he suddenly ducks out of the office, or I'm sent to his voicemail. So this is the service that Toyota provides? There could've been an easy resolution to this, but being treated like this where I am intentionally being avoided... I am definitely going to be cancelling my Maintenance package with Toyota. It's kind of absurd that I pay for this peace of mind but have received none of this. I'm also going to be looking into getting out of my lease. I love my truck but I'm not going to support a company that has no respect for its customers. I've tried other management but either none of them ever work, or everyone is avoiding me. Buyer beware. Toyota is showing they want your money, and once they have it, they're done with you. More

Excellent service! Great staff! They go above and beyond. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Had an oil change and the technician Rhett had found the serpentine belt cracked and in very poor condition which wa Very friendly and knowledgeable. For the same price as an oil change at quick lube or great Canadian oil, I had a certified technician service and perform a variety of checks on my vehicle which gives me piece of mind. Thanks Toyota and Rhett! I will be back! More
Bought my 6th new truck a year ago November here. Today we bought a C-HR car. Was not satisfied with my service at Dodge. Great vehicles , all staff were great and Cheryl in the financing department was so we bought a C-HR car. Was not satisfied with my service at Dodge. Oh boy where do I begin, stay away go to Kelowna go to Kamloops go to Toronto anything but here. I highly recommend Toyota products just not from here cause you going to go on a level 10 roller coaster ride and puke your guts out in disappointment. Bought my first car that was used and they said it was fully inspected by one of there “technicians” and I got the car and check the tires were all worn on the inside from a bad alignment , so they decided to give it an alignment which should be expected along with replacement tires at the same wear or better, no they replaced them with the most weather checked tires and low tread they could find. Then I was stupid enough to continue doing business with them and not go to Kelowna and buy a brand new rav 4 hybrid. After pre ordering the car we were told that it would take 3 months which were happy with but no we sold our previous car at the 3 months mark and it didn’t show up till 4 ½ half months. Then when it gets here there was black grease smudged into the head liner and the whole pearl white paint was covered in tiny specs of brown under coat from over spraying in a shop Bay beside our brand new 50,000 car after a couple weeks they got it fixed we were suppose to be given a new cargo liner with the purchase of the car as well that’s 4 months that have gone by now and still haven’t gotten it and the final straw along with the fact we asked for winter tires to be included in the sale and heard nothing back probably because there was a great Toyota rebate that you get at other dealerships for winter tires after buying a new car with them. So all in all wonderful product from Toyota 5stars, delivery and customer service 1 star, and the roller coaster ride 5 stars of excitement. More

With his knowledge he helped us decide to hold offf for the 2019. Marty is just a great guy. Very friendly and funny, plus he put up with us lol Looking forward to dealing with Toyota for many more years to come. More
