I brought my vehicle in for regular service a week and half ago, found out some problems that were neglected by the Vernon team the last time I was in., which have led to some costly issues. I tried to speak to the Service Manager Grant Kitzman about it, and he said he would look into it and get back to me.
It's been a week, and he still won't return my calls. I've left several messages, I've called and he's been in, yet he doesn't ever take my call. Every time, he suddenly ducks out of the office, or I'm sent to his voicemail.
So this is the service that Toyota provides? There could've been an easy resolution to this, but being treated like this where I am intentionally being avoided...
I am definitely going to be cancelling my Maintenance package with Toyota. It's kind of absurd that I pay for this peace of mind but have received none of this.
I'm also going to be looking into getting out of my lease. I love my truck but I'm not going to support a company that has no respect for its customers. I've tried other management but either none of them ever work, or everyone is avoiding me.
Buyer beware. Toyota is showing they want your money, and once they have it, they're done with you.
