Worst car purchasing experience ever. I purchased a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elentra from these guys, and the entire experience has been terrible. Firstly we agreed on biweekly payments I purchased a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elentra from these guys, and the entire experience has been terrible. Firstly we agreed on biweekly payments of $174 which I was perfectly fine with, hours later they told me it would actually be $210. I should have walked out at this point, but I was tired because it took an extremely long time to get to this point. That's my own fault for accepting the deal but it doesn't end there. After only 2 days of driving this brand new car the engine starts overheating. So I have to get this fixed on a brand new car, which is pretty ridiculous. Finally they took too long to get my old car loan changed over, so I was charged for a car payment that I shouldn't have for my old car. Accidents happen, and I can understand that... but when I called to get it fixed they told me that the financial manager would call me back. I waited 5 hours and did not get a return call so I called again and was told the same thing, my call was never returned. I called the following day and finally got to speak to the financial manager, she told me to wait until Friday and see if it was fixed. Today is Friday, it was not fixed, I called back and was told to wait until TUESDAY now to see if it gets fixed. I'd rate 0 stars if I could. More
