Couldn't be better!! We were in the market for a new 1 ton diesel truck. I've been out of this market segment for some time and, as a guy who looks into the many details, We were in the market for a new 1 ton diesel truck. Matt was VERY patient and accommodating with my many questions about factory and after market options. After extensive discussions, we placed our order for a new F350 Platinum and added many after market items to our purchase. Upon pickup all was exactly as we discussed. Zeb provided us with a great walk through answering our many questions. Misty was very proficient with the paperwork. Every step of the way couldn't have been better! The level of attention to detail within the Knight Organizations (I've also visited Knight Dodge in Swift Current to look at the Ram pickup with the same excellent service) is very rare in any industry.
