On a very hot day in August, my Lincoln MKX started over-heating on my way from Saskatoon to my parents farm. She took care of handling everything for me with a smile on her face and a calm assurance that everything would be looked after. She even arranged for a rental vehicle for me, so I could continue on my way that same day. She followed up with excellent communication throughout the whole process of getting the vehicle looked at, parts ordered, and when it was done.
