I'm 21 years old and was looking to buy my first used car but got quickly intrigued about a brand new Jeep Cherokee. It didn't take long till I feel in love with the car, and before I knew it I was signing the deal without really thinking too much about it. The sale was final but a day later I realized that the jeep was a little out of my budget and rushed my decision to quickly. I also found out my dad had got me a car that same day. The dealership was incredibly understanding of my situation, and allowed me to take back my down payment and canceled the contract right away. They could have easily screwed me over but instead took the time and understanding to realize my situation. I felt bad pulling back on the deal because it was one of the sales ladies (Nahida) first sales and was excited to make the deal and they even took a loss on the car to sell it to me in the first place.
