Stefan replied to an e-mail I had sent through Kijiji, by not only e-mailing me back, but calling and leaving a detailed voicemail, and sending me a friendly text to give me another method of contacting him. He was beyond accommodating, and went above and beyond with answering questions, demonstrating and comparing different trailers, and meeting our price point. He really knows his stuff, and if you are looking at buying a trailer at all - save your money and take it to Troy's Toys. You will not be disappointed with the quality for the price.
