Band-Aid Special! I bought a car from them that they praised so much. They seemed friendly enough and trusted them. Big mistake! Car died just over 30 days later. Trax Auto said they'd give a deal on the labour if I brought it in to them. Lol. How was I to do that? They wouldn't pay to have it towed so How do I get it there? I lived quite a ways away from them. So I had it towed to a local mechanic. I told Trax Auto of his findings. Band-Aid City! Bypassed wiring, etc. They did nothing to help me. Cost me $2,000 after 2 weeks of repairing in the shop. Trax would not help with the bill at all. I traded the junker in and only got 1/4 of what the car and bills had cost me. A loss of $8,000 in just over a month. Don't buy from Trax Auto folks, stay far,far away. I should've seen the Red Flag when they were handed the cash, they sent out for chinese food. More

They have nice-looking clean cars and mild-mannered sales people to lure you in, but once you pick a car and start the paperwork, you are in for a horrible experience if you change your mind. You will not get your money back even if you didn't take the car! Armin may project a nice image but he is a shrewd and greedy businessman no matter who you, are even if you have a physical disability.I wouldn't buy anything from this guy. Not even a matchbox. The car isn't running, hasn't for the last four months but I still made all my payments on time. Armin decided that I owed him money for an unrelated thing, so, he's keeping ownership and making me pay full coverage insurance for a vehicle that should have storage on it until I figure out what's wrong with it. Regardless Trax breached contract and I'm now working my way threw the system to rectify it, talk about a tireless transaction. I highly recommend staying away from this place. More
