The sale of the vehicle was a smooth transaction. 2 days later I was told it was ready to be picked up. Went to get it, it was not detailed even though it was reported it was. Residue from the shipping sticker was still on the window and the clear plastic sticker was still on the bumper. The soft top was suppose to be installed but wasn't. Salesperson said he'd figure it all out and get back to me. Next day they could not find the soft top but did end up locating it and I picked it up. As for the detailing after 2 weeks of back and forth discussion I decided it wasn't worth perusing as it was more inconvenient to be without my vehicle for a whole day rather than just do it myself. The detailing place is only open 9-5 Monday to Friday and those are my work hours. Nov 18, 2015 Received a call from the sales manager offering a full detailing at a time of my choosing and a free oil change to make up for the inconveniences. More

recently purchased new Journey We've had a Dodge Grand Caravan for 5 1/2 years, also purchased from Lakehead. Decided to trade in and get a new Journey. Nick was our salesman and w We've had a Dodge Grand Caravan for 5 1/2 years, also purchased from Lakehead. Decided to trade in and get a new Journey. Nick was our salesman and was fantastic. Very knowledgeable but not pushy. We visited a couple of times and drove the Journey twice. I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Journey ?? Thanks Nick!! (The only reason that I gave 4 stars not 5 is due to my previous experiences with the service dept..things not being fixed even though it was checked off that they were etc ) More

Joe Nigro salesman I dealt with Joe Nigro after Bruno Savioli a former worker at Lakehead Motors for over 40 yrs. recommended him as a person who would get the job done. I dealt with Joe Nigro after Bruno Savioli a former worker at Lakehead Motors for over 40 yrs. recommended him as a person who would get the job done. He was right on. Joe guided me through the process and was easy going in doing so. He convinced me that the 2016 truck I wanted to purchase was the right one for me. I finally purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram truck. I also had some dealing with Rocco Cristoforo and Cherie Papa. Most of them were fairly knowledge and somewhat helpful. I now need to return for the box liner that has not been installed but will be done as soon as an appointment can be arranged within the next few days. Rocco is looking after that small detail.
