Hard and fast John took my car out for its initial trade in value test. Received more then I expected for it! Really pleasant to deal with. Outstanding service and friendly staff I originally had my 2014 Dodge Journey in for a service at Lakehead, but thought I would look at Dodge vans for practicality for the family. Kris and I originally had my 2014 Dodge Journey in for a service at Lakehead, but thought I would look at Dodge vans for practicality for the family. Kris and the staff at Lakehead were extremely helpful and went out of their way to entertain my 3 children (13, 10 & 5) and make us feel at home during this whole process. All the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend Kris and his colleagues to anyone looking for a new vehicle! The service was outstanding and I took delivery of my vehicle 3 hours ahead of schedule! More

Second time around We were perfectly happy with the newer used Dodge Caravan that we had purchased from Lakehead Motors many years previous and we weren't looking to rep We were perfectly happy with the newer used Dodge Caravan that we had purchased from Lakehead Motors many years previous and we weren't looking to replace a vehicle we really loved and had everything we wanted but a collision with a deer had us looking again. Since we loved the van and the customer service was awesome the first time around we decided to see what Lakehead had to offer. To what was a stressful situation all around was made a little easier with the patience and understanding of the staff we worked with. Not really needing or wanting another van (kids had their own wheels now) wasn't sure what was out there for options that would fit out needs. They listened to all our wants and wishes, understood the loss of the van was a blow and did everything they could to get us back to a 2 vehicle household. We are now the owners of a used Dodge Journey. More
