Victor, Frankie and Bryan displayed courtesy, humility, friendliness, empathy, knowledge, and a high skill set in interacting with my wife and I (buyers). It was obvious to me that they enjoyed their work ( a positive reflection on senior management also), and went above and beyond the call to make the selling of this vehicle an all-round success. Victor demonstrated sales abilities immediately, and his eagerness to help us with a constant smile tells me he definitely has a future with this dealership. Frankie knew the depth of facts a buyer needed to know, and he also knew the sales process very well. Bryan was the 'wise old owl' in his wisdom, congeniality, positive demeanour, financing explanations and willingness to help. A veteran at his best, so to speak. More
