Unfortunately, I showed up with my wife and 9 month old, so when the baby got fussy it was hard to be reasonable in negotiations. Issues with the sale itself: bought on a Friday, supposed to be ready the next Wednesday. Car was not ready until Friday, and there was a brand new dent in the side of the car, along with a crack in the bumper. Also, the car was originally from Quebec, and there was no front licence plate bracket installed. Oh, and even though the car was several days late, the licence plate was not ready to be installed since no-one had picked it up. The sales associate DID drive almost an hour one way to take back his dealer plate and attach the new plates when they came in, but I still had to take the car in to get repairs the following week. A day later, the check engine light comes on (a manufacturer warranty issue, but frustrating none the less). All in all, I would recommend the sales associates (Mo and Leo), but not the maintenance people: they must be overworked or something because things seemed needlessly complicated. Once you get past the actual buying experience, I am very pleased with the price! And 0% financing is very useful. More
