No to happy Bought 2015 escape from terrace used. There was some peeling paint on bottom of door so we took back for repair were given courtesy car, that was nic Bought 2015 escape from terrace used. Unfortunately the repair on the door was awful, just put putty over top so you can’t even see the hem on bottom of door then painted and left about 6 inch run that you can’t miss. Excuse is they used different shop so now we are stuck with this lousy repair. Needless to say not returning More

Long time customer and I intend to keep it this way I never bought a car at this Dealership but I was using their knowledge in mechanical field for years now. And I must say that always I've been treated courteous and my cars were fixed as expected. If needed, I was offered either a courtesy car or a meaning of transportation, at my convenience. Curiously, unlike other reviewers here, all my calls were answered promptly and I was updated regularly about the status of maintenance/repair. It is fair to say that I (and my cars) was treated very well. So the five stars rating stays. More

Highly Recommend I do not even come close to understanding some of the other reviews. I have been going to this location for years and have purchased a car from them. The service people are pleasant and very professional. If work needs to be done they carefully explain what needs to be done in a language that one can understand. The work that they say they are going to do is always done. I have had many problems with other dealership service departments that include work not done, work done that was not really needed and attitudes that made me feel that they were doing me a favor by working on my car. At this location I feel confident that the work agreed to will be done professionally. This feeling is so strong that I drive from Mississauga to have my cars maintained at this location. If the work will take time to complete there is always a customer van that will drive you to a location and pick you up. I would highly recommend this location. Especially if you want that confident feeling that what they say they are going to do will be done in a professional manner. In other words if you enjoy peace of mind when having your car serviced then come here. More

If you want the work to be done on your car and complete the incomplete work at home, go to this dealership. Me and my family have gone through many dealerships, and vehicle makes. This dealership comes with tons of chill, 'I don't care', 'it is someone else's role to help you' attitude. In my world and where I come from, a team like this would be let go and restructured very fast. If not let go, these employees would probably be downgraded to washroom cleaning duties. More
