Ron Cook is a professional salesmen who is knowledgeable and was very empathetic to our specific situation. Ron went above and beyond I described my situation and he understood and knew right away what would make me happy because he took the time to talk to me and understand my situation. I had my mother with me and he was kind and respectful to her as well. I hope they know what they have in Ron at this dealership. They should be giving him an award or some sort of accolade to encourage the fantastic work ethic Ron demonstrates.
