Ralph tells her they will check on the warranty for the door and get back to us. 30 days later I call and talk to new service guy who tells me he will talk to Ralph and get back to us tomorrow. A week later I call back angry and Ralph finally makes the appt. I have never experienced such poor service. It seem like they think women are stupid. More
