We since moved to Nanaimo (where it really knows how to rain) and discovered a water leak into the cabin. The folks at the Toyota dealership here found that during the original install, a bolt had been crossthreaded, leading to the leak. Despite the time interval, Ryan covered the cost of repairs with no hesitation upon getting details from the Nanaimo auto techs. This is excellent customer service- I'm happy I've dealt with Ryan and Sun Country for the last several years. They stand up for the customer. More
