I Looked at a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Tires were more than 50% worn. The gas tank was empty when I took the test drive, and it had been on the lot since October. The mileage posted on the add was about 4k less than it actually has. The clutch was spongy and stuck to the floor mat during the test drive, they said that was normal for wranglers. I find it hard to believe. I've owned 2 manual Jeeps myself, and I have driven 2 other 2021 Wranglers (Friend and Family) with the 6 speed manual and they most certainly DO NOT function this poorly. I've driven standards for 20 years, I know a xxxxty clutch when I drive one. Note. There is a recall on the clutches on this model year, I'm going to take a wild guess that it was never done, and even more disappointing, I was told they wouldn't warranty the clutch if I bought it with my noted concerns... what a joke. The sales person was very nice, but way too much time waiting for them to go back and forth across the hall to the finance manager and asking me questions about what I want for a trade in value on my car instead of just giving me an offer. So the typical sales experience of them trying to give you as little as possible on trade in and hoping you'll be dumb enough to give them a number just in case they may have actually offered you more. Then after I politely told the sales person that my gut was telling me to stay away from this Jeep, and that I was no longer interested, they continued to call me and text me trying to pressure me to come back for another test drive. I blocked their number so they started calling me from a different number leaving voicemails again. Take NO for an answer. Not to mention the number of poor reviews on this dealership, and multiple friends of mine that have had nothing but issues with their service department. Stay far away from Summit, the vibe there is crooked AF. PS - I bought a brand new 2025 Mazda, got a better trade in value, better interest rate, and I was able to work directly with the Finance Manager and hammer out the details in about 25 minutes..... At Summit I spent 2 hours getting circle jerked around before they finally had some numbers in front of me. More

Don't trust the team. After selling they stop replying to you when you ask about things they promised you. What a shame! Promised tires, since the ones are bad. Day 1: Went to get a new tyre and lug nuts installed, as well as a peace of mind checkup. As a result of the junc lug nuts, my rotor and pads were broken. They also stated that the lug nuts could take two days or two months to arrive. Day 2: Contacted them and notified them of the wheel noise and jerking steering! I've been asked to drop the Jeep off once more. As a result of the $4000 quote, I was required to pay $140+ dollars for checking again. I refused to pay the charge because I had just paid for a peace of mind check the day before. There was a significant discrepancy between the outcome of mental tranquilly and the quotation the next day. They waived the fee when I filed a claim, but service manager Kevin refused to service my vehicle without replacing parts. I assured them that my vehicle was in perfect working order. Over the phone, he dominated me. When I contacted to review the progress of my lug nuts order after two weeks, the front desk said it could take three days or three months. Never before have I had such a bad customer service experience. I called at least ten times to speak with the General Manager, but no one transferred to him, so I sent an email, which was never responded to.
