That is incorrect. I did not request for the diagnostic to be completed. It was when you called me to inform me that you completed it and informed me that it was already added to the bill. There’s a difference. You then asked me if I wanted my starter installed after completing the diagnostic and informing me of the charges and I agreed by saying that I have no choice since you’re already charging me for the diagnostic and still needed my starter installed. That’s the difference. Get it right.
