Great Cudtomer Service I had a good experience overall. The only thing that was the cost of the Sante Fe. With no extras when purchasing from the Hundayi dealetship. What i mean is the pricce of the Sante Fe wad too expensive this year. And no buyer incentive was offered like other dealerships like Ford Canada.. They offer 1000 off the price of a vehicle if you own a Costco membership. Or free snow tires on rims free package. They always have promos. Nothing was given or offered . I was suprised . No i Incentives. But i went with Hundayi becsuse my last 3 new cars i bought were fords within the last 5 years with great incentives. But before that i bougjt a Hundayi Alantra, two Sante Fe"d and two usef accents. I always loved them. However the last search for a new car I bought a ford becsuse tjhe cost was much better and the servive . So we thought we would give Hundayi another chance Because my favourite vehicle was my White Santi Fe I really hope i made the right choiice Thank You Irene Desbiens More

My first Hyundai purchase was a used 2010 Tucson which served me very well for six years. I still own a 2013 Sonata (purchased new at Sudbury Hyundai) which is one of the best vehicles I've owned over the course of 45 years as a car buyer. The Sonata is very well built with fabulous power and exceptional gas mileage. My experiences with Sudbury Hyundai have been positive in every way. Josh Piela has been the salesman for both of my new car purchases. Josh on his own deserves a five star rating as he is hands down the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. Other staff members at Sudbury Hyundai have been similarly very helpful, professional and respectful in every way. Service advisers Stephen Speck and Steve Thomson have been excellent in dealing with regular service and warranty work. I have no hesitation in recommending both the Tucson and Sonata as vehicles that are priced fairly and are quality builds. Sudbury Hyundai is well worth checking out for all of the above reasons. The five year warranty is also a bonus feature of these well built cars and SUVs. More
