The know it all at the front is condescending and rude. Makes himself look like he is too busy to help you while he chats on the phone.. When i spoke with him , finally, about my battery failing multiple times , he made it seem like it was my fault and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Not really sure he should be Representing the Change this Dealership is trying to move towards. I have had great experiences with the Sales , Lynn is always awesome to deal with ,and the Quality of work done on my Forester is great . I do see there is more staff which is nice, and the woman in service was very pleasant and Happy. Sadly I would not recommend Service here, due to the overbearing know it all you walk into as soon as you open the door.
