Great buying experience! I was looking to buy another new car...I had previously bought a Forester from SOMI with Darryl Monisse a few years ago. Even though I live downtown, I was looking to buy another new car...I had previously bought a Forester from SOMI with Darryl Monisse a few years ago. Even though I live downtown, I decided to come back to Mississauga because of the excellent customer service, straight forward approach and attention to my needs, that Darryl shows. It was a pleasure working with him and Barry Furkawa , Business Manager, again. Once again, I was able to drive out in two days with my shiny, fantastic Forester! Of course, selling Subarus does make their job easier! :-) I strongly recommend Darryl Monisse and SOMI for your car needs. James. More
Brutal experience I have driven Subaru for many years, including racing the cars. I purchased a used outback as what is likely to be my last car. I am disabled and ha I have driven Subaru for many years, including racing the cars. I purchased a used outback as what is likely to be my last car. I am disabled and have a brain injury, Subaru was well aware of this when I made the purchase. In the 7+ months I owned the car, I was able to drive it 6 days only. Yes, you read that correct, 6 days. Even though the dealership was aware of all my injuries they sold me this car saying the previous owners maintained the car very well and they ahd done all the work. Nothing worked on this car. Each and every time i drove it all the warning lights went off, all of them. The staff at Subaru were great with me. Management sucked royally and have ruined my love of the car. They refused to honour the warranty on the car, refused to fix it, and the week my son went back to school told me they no logner want me as a customer as my expectaions were jsut to high for them anymore. Hmm, my cars warning lights dont go off? the engine runs smoothly? So there I was trying to get my son gback to school, with Subaru telling me I need to give them back their loaner even though I had no car to take my son to school. What a stress. Brain injured, disabled and told to get lost. I totally blame upper management for this, the GM's of the place. I ould never purchase a car from here again, I have already had friends refuse to purchase Subaru because of this. A multi billion dollar company refused to fix a brain injured, disabled fathers car for maybe 6-8 grand. The bottom line is of course more important then being kind in this day and age, Too bad the maths dont add up, 2-3 cars lost in sales, more to follow for a car repair cost..... Are these the people you really want to buy from? Go to another dealership maybe, not here. The warranty they give you is jsut not worth the paper it is written on. BEWARE. More

First time buyer Ever since if we ever change our car, we have Subaru in mind. The moment we set foot in Subaru Mississauga, the very first person to greet us was Darr Ever since if we ever change our car, we have Subaru in mind. The moment we set foot in Subaru Mississauga, the very first person to greet us was Darryl. He was very friendly, accommodating and explained everything we need to know. He gave us a good deal. After 2hrs, we are proud owners of a brand new Subaru Forrester. Barry (Business Asst. Manager) was as friendly & accommodating as well. Marcus, the Delivery tech was knowledgeable & helpful in explaining to us the different functions of the new vehicle. Kudos to the whole staff of Subaru Mississauga. It was a stress free experience for us. We'll be back for sure! More
