Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Andy met us as we were looking at the new cars in the lot. He told us he was a new salesman to the dealership. We told him what model we were looking for and he quickly found a few cars for us to try. lot. He told us he was a new salesman to the dealership. We told him what model we were looking for and he quickly found a few cars for us to try. We loved his second choice for us and bought the car that day. Andy was a great salesman for us. He was easy to talk to and listened to our requests and did not push other model selections. If he did not know the answer to our question, he quickly found someone who did. We appreciated that he called us the day after purchase and 2 weeks later to ask if we had any issues. We feel that if we have any future issues and contacted him, he would be willing to help us. All in all, a great car buying experience because of his great personality. Thank you Andy. More

I had such a great experience working with my salesman Van! I came into the dealership pretty late in the day and he was so kind and accommodating. He really worked with me to get the best deal possible on a 2021 Subaru that I wasn’t even sure I would be able to qualify for. He took me on multiple test drives and was just a great spirit to work with, I am more than pleased with my new car and so excited to be a Subaru owner! Even the finance woman I worked with was super kind and thorough with explaining every documentation I was signing. I would highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville to anyone thank you all ! More

Honestly, really appreciated that they respected my time. Didn't try to jerk me around, didn't make me sit and wait for half an hour while going back and forth on numbers.
