Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. In my 85 years Mark Ogden is the best car salesman I have ever met. He understood our vehicle needs from the beginning and answered our questions with complete knowledge. By email he promptly provided a fair price and we were able to close the deal. Also liked that he explained the key functions of the new car without overburdening us. Also nice to get a car with a full tank of gas and at a slightly lower cost than we anticipated. More

My experience at Subaru of Jacksonville was by far the most incredible experience I have ever had and it started as soon as first impression. As soon as I pulled upon the client parking lot I was dreading most incredible experience I have ever had and it started as soon as first impression. As soon as I pulled upon the client parking lot I was dreading a car salesman approaching and hovering or being pushy trying to make a sale, as that has been my experience in the past. Mark Ogden approached me after parking, introduced himself and gave me directions of what I could find on their lot and where. Incredibly kind, informative and best of all, not pushy! I found a vehicle I loved and asked Mark for the keys to see the interior, he assisted very quickly and offered for me to take it for a ride. I did happen to have my dog Maverick with me as we had made an “unexpected” stop by the dealership. Mark was nothing but kind and welcoming to have Maverick in the car and into the building. Our experience there on out was smooth and nothing short of incredible. So incredible, I walked out with a brand new car! Thank you so much Mark and Jess for your assistance. Because of your impeccable customer service, I have no doubt buying from Subaru of Jacksonville was the best decision i could have made and will gladly encourage friends and family to shop from them should they ever need a vehicle.
