My husband and I were looking for a reliable sedan and he suggested I test drive an Impreza Sport 2017 model, and the financing was a great deal at 0.5%. Being a woman and my first time at the Montreal Subaru dealership (actually any dealership by myself), I was a little skeptical. But contrary to my beliefs, I was greeted with a warm smile and was assigned to Jasper (who happened to be his 2nd week at Subaru). Jasper was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable, and so I began asking questions (and believe me I asked a lot of questions), and then we headed for a test drive. Regrettably, they only had a manual Impreza Sport floor model, but Jasper reassured me that the Crosstrek was the same drive, but only a little higher up. Well, I fell in love with the Crosstrek model and called my husband immediately. After a few calls and emails with Jasper, we returned to sign the deal. A special shout out to our main man Jasper for his patience and excellent service. Also to Morgan for explaining the extended guarantees... and last but not least, thank you to Chino for assisting us with setting up our car seat for our 3 year old. It's been almost 3 weeks since we purchased the car and we just love our new Crosstrek... will definitely be coming back for our next purchase! Was in Montreal with my 3 teenage boys continuing on to Mount Tremblant w Wanted to give a shout out to Mario Farina and the team at Subaru- Montreal. Was in Montreal with my 3 teenage boys continuing on to Mount Tremblant when the keys to our Subaru were lost. Mario was very kind seeing how stressed I was he had me back on the road to Tremblant within a couple of hours!! Advice to all travelers have a second set of keys with you!! More

My practice was to bring my Legacy in every six months to change the tires and have a tune-up and a general checkup. This generally cost about $500. This past spring the cost jumped to nearly $3000 which was explained as lots of rust. This made sense to me; rust does build up gradually and has to be dealt with. As we finished the Service Advisor said that I was good for four or five years. Then this autumn I was told that the car needed $3000 of work - on an old car with a resale value of $500. If I had been told this all in the spring I would have sold the car then. I sent an Email to the service Director telling him that I was very dissatisfied - he never replied. Needless to say I've gone elsewhere for my new car. More
