They are very vague on any details (new management rules apparently) The only information provided on our 2024 Forester, was a promise that it was recently serviced … we took it to our own mechanic and the filters were all plugged and oil was dirty. If you buy a car from Subaru Montreal, get your own independent inspection before signing… Very bad experience More

Poor Customer Service after sale. Leased a Crosstrek from Subaru in June 2025 "for" my son who is living in a city 2 hours away. As part of the package winter accessories including ti Leased a Crosstrek from Subaru in June 2025 "for" my son who is living in a city 2 hours away. As part of the package winter accessories including tires were included as well as installation of winter tires for first year. Discussed with sales person (Steve) that given that my son is living in another city can Subaru store the non winter tires for 1 season as a perk. Sure, no problem was the answer...what was written in the contract was "winter tires in storage" meaning that the winter tires would be in storage. When put on winter tires was told that there would be a $91 storage fee. Went to Steve who shrugged his shoulders (too bad for you). Left 2 messages for the manager to call me to discuss and ghosted. Tires are being stored in my garage. More
